The highlights of the proposed changes are:
- Modernize the document language to remove unenforceable restrictions, to create a clear path for building variances.
- Increase the allowable shed square footage.
- Increase annual dues to meet budgetary needs in covering rising costs for water quality, parks maintenance, fish stocking, etc.
