Proposed Changes to Property Restrictions

Description:	Join the LVPOA Board at Victor Township Hall on July 25, 2017 at 7pm for an informational meeting about the proposed changes to the Property Restrictions. Why are we doing this? Because members have asked for these changes. Why would you want to come? To learn more about what the changes could do to improve our lake and parks! The highlights of the proposed changes are: Unifying the 5 neighborhoods to create one voting group for decisions. Modernizing the document to remove unenforceable restrictions, to create a clear path for building variances, to increase the allowable shed square footage, and to match building restrictions to neighborhood improvements. Meeting budgetary needs to cover rising costs for weed control, parks maintenance and fish stocking; and to balance the budget that has been over the existing annual revenue. How does this impact you? It creates funding to maintain and improve trails, beaches, parks and launches. Dues shift to $200 from $100 a year, and would increase every 5 years by 10% to nearly cover inflation. How can you help?
